Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves a mix of outbound calling and in-person sales visits to retail customers, smoke shops, dispensaries, and distributors. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and passionate about the hemp and cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to new and existing customers nationwide

  • Visit retail accounts in person to build relationships and close deals

  • Educate customers about our hemp-derived product line, compliance standards, and promotions

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

  • Represent Banks Distro professionally at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience (B2B preferred; experience in hemp, cannabis, or beverage sales a plus)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to travel locally or regionally for customer visits

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
